Advanced Configuration description of main kettle parts: (furnace liner welding process directly affects the service life of the Furnace)

2: Spiral welding is the welding of the outer radian part overlapping 100mm, double-sided overlapping welding, not easy to crack;

3: The welding of the Spiral Plate and the furnace liner steel plate adopts the same side fracture welding, and the repair welding of the opposite side fracture welding, and the overlapping part of the two sides welding is not less than 30mm, effectively avoiding the furnace liner during the heating process, because of the thermal expansion, the furnace liner steel plate and the Spiral Plate form a reaction force, causing the furnace liner to tear;

4: The air outlet part of the furnace adopts Ф 800 solid protective cover and Ф 500 hollow protective cover, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the air outlet, block the pipeline, and cause the danger of high pressure or even explosion;

5: the safety device is equipped with two pressure detection devices and one temperature detection device, and the furnace door is equipped with a pressure discharge device, which provides multiple guarantees. Other factories only have one temperature detection device, and the pressure and pressure discharge devices are almost not equipped;

6: increase the slag discharge furnace door Ф 630, the slag discharge speed is fast, open the door quickly, only need to open 7 screws;

7: The external insulation adopts encrypted aluminum silicate cotton block, which is 1260 degrees high temperature resistant, radiates heat when heating, improves the heating speed, does not absorb heat, accelerates the cooling speed when cooling, and can save more than 3 hours per furnace;

8: The tugboat frame is equipped with a tugboat cooling water tank to cool the tugboat. The bearing is not easy to be damaged and the service life of the tugboat is increased. The tugboat is generally damaged during operation and needs to be shut down and replaced every time it is damaged, which will cause great economic losses;

9: The outer thermal insulation shell adopts 3mm thick steel plate, and other manufacturers generally adopt 2mm steel plate; The outer thermal insulation shell adopts built-in reinforcing reinforcement instead of external channel steel, which has stronger tensile force and is not easy to accumulate ash;

10: in addition to two chimney ports, four new heat dissipation ports are added, and pulley labor-saving devices are adopted. Workers can directly open the heat dissipation ports on the ground, which is convenient to operate and increases the cooling efficiency;

11: The Furnace liner steel plate adopts three-layer welding, the middle is broken, the filling welding, the internal and external submerged arc welding, it is easier to weld through, and the equipment is not easy to burn perforation when running;
