Four 15 ton tire pyrolysis equipment are currently being installed in Kenya

Four sets of continuous industrial tire pyrolysis systems with a processing capacity of 15 tons/day have been fully installed and integrated at the project site in Kenya. The core device of the system includes a feed pretreatment unit, a high-temperature micro negative pressure pyrolysis reactor, a three-stage condensation separation system, and a combustible gas purification and reuse device. All equipment has passed on-site pressure testing and airtightness inspection, meeting international environmental protection equipment safety operation standards.
The project has now entered the final debugging stage. We have dispatched a team of senior installation and debugging engineers to the site to conduct precise calibration and pre production simulation testing on the pyrolysis temperature curve, oil and gas export efficiency, and automation control system, fully ensuring the production and stable operation of the system.
For the subsequent operation of the project, our company provides full cycle after-sales service covering equipment maintenance, process optimization, and emergency support. The professional technical team will provide long-term remote monitoring and regular on-site inspection services, and has established a key spare parts reserve warehouse locally to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the equipment.
If any abnormal situations occur during operation, users can directly contact on-site engineers or domestic technical support centers through the 24-hour dedicated technical service hotline. We promise to immediately activate the emergency response mechanism upon receiving feedback on the issue, and through a combination of remote diagnosis and on-site support, ensure that faults are quickly located and effectively resolved, maximizing the protection of customers' continuous production needs and investment returns.
